The Student Store Foundation (Stichting The Student Store) runs the marketplace, payments, logistics, educational programming, and governance activities as a single nonprofit entity.

2. Accounts and eligibility

• Provide accurate account details and keep them updated.
• Keep credentials confidential; you are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or policy violations.

3. Listings, pricing, and orders

• Student creators set descriptions and prices; some items are made to order or commission-only.
• Pricing errors or availability issues may lead to order cancellation with a full refund.
• Commissions and custom items may require a separate scope and timeline confirmation.

4. Payments and fees

• Payments are processed through our third-party payment providers.
• Taxes, duties, and shipping costs are shown at checkout when applicable.
• All sales and payments must stay on the platform; off-platform transactions are prohibited.

5. Shipping, returns, and disputes

• Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout; customs delays may occur for international orders.
• Standard items typically include a 14-day return window unless noted otherwise. Commissions and custom builds are final sale.
• If an item arrives damaged or not as described, contact support with photos within 7 days.

6. Intellectual property

• Student creators retain rights to their work. Purchasing does not grant ownership of underlying IP unless explicitly stated.
• You may not copy, resell, or reproduce works without permission.
• Site content, branding, and design are owned by The Student Store Foundation or licensors.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to bypass payments, harvest data, interfere with the site, or impersonate others.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• We may remove content or restrict access that violates these terms.

8. Disclaimers and liability

• The service is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable order, to the maximum extent allowed.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
